Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of their registration before the scheduled demo session by contacting our support team through WhatsApp or email.

Refund Policy

The registration fee paid for demo sessions is generally non-refundable once the registration has been successfully processed and confirmation has been sent.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.
  • Technical error resulting in multiple charges.
  • Payment received but registration not recorded due to system error.
  • Demo session cancelled by EnhanceBrains and no alternative session is provided.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failure to attend the scheduled demo session.
  • Change of mind after successful registration.
  • Incorrect information submitted during registration.
  • Requests made after the demo session has already been conducted.
